Hi Adam & Paul

 

The new garden is continuing to receive compliments and I have the constant pleasure of seeing the plants settle, grow and flower. All that while listening to the fountain. The roses are having a second flowering, the ajugas are mostly in flower and the golden kangaroo paws are blooming. There is no sign yet of flowers on the red paws. The hibiscus is setting then shedding its flowers at a rapid rate, a rather confused bush I think. The rose in the pot has a new shoot coming out from the base possibly root stock I suppose. Many of the iris are coming up mostly in suitable spots some will have to go. The bluebells of course are shooting as is the dwarf agapanthus – to be expected I would imaging.

I have had friends to stay who on their second visit told me that they planned to alter their water feature to achieve a constant flow. What a compliment.
